September 4, 2017

Dear Parents,

We would like to inform you of several changes in the way Alpine Tennis Association will be offering tennis lessons to children and youth Fall Semester 2017 and Spring Semester 2018.  First, for this coming fall, we will offer tennis lessons to children/youth from September 24 – October 26 (Clinic 1; 5 weeks) and November 6 – December 15 (Clinic 2; 5 weeks).  We will be offering two sessions per week to participants 10 AND UNDER, Mondays and Thursdays, and two sessions per week to participants 11 AND OVER, Tuesdays and Fridays.  During the first session of the week (for both groups) the focus of instruction will be on skill development; during the second session of the week the focus will be on game play development.  We are hoping that these changes will make the tennis instructional experience for your daughter/son better.

Second, you may register your daughter/son for an individual session or you may purchase a 5-session or 10-session punch card (at a lesser price per session) that can be used for any of the Fall Semester 2017 and Spring Semester 2018 sessions.  For example, you may purchase a 10-session punch card and have your daughter/son attend 6 sessions during Clinic 1 Fall 2017, and 4 sessions during Clinic 2 Fall 2017.  Or, your daughter/son may use the card to attend 6 sessions during Clinic 1 and 2 Fall 2017 and 4 sessions during either Clinic 1 or 2 Spring 2018.  We believe that the punch card system will make things more flexible for you and your child/youth.

If you have any questions about the information presented here, please feel free to call me or send me an e-mail.  I welcome your questions.
